How do I speak to an actual person regarding my shopify bill? Does anyone know?

I have left a question in the community forum, I have searched help
support. I am not sure why I am charged the $89 for POS. Is that something
that is new? I only have one location. Do I need that if only using one
iPad? My bill comes out tomorrow and I DO NOT want to be charged another
month for this if unnecessary.

Hi, @CMaxwell !

I'd be happy to work through this with you. The All-new POS has two plan tiers, Lite and Pro. POS Lite is included with you Shopify subscription and is completely free whereas POS Pro carries the $89 price tag. You can view a breakdown of the features on the two POS plans here. To downgrade to POS Lite you can follow the steps here:

  1. From the Shopify admin > Point of Sale Channel > Locations
  2. Click "Manage subscriptions"
  3. Select an app subscription for each location (POS Pro or POS Lite)
  4. Click "Confirm subscription"
  5. Approve charges (same process as with any app).
