Customer checkout error

Hi,

I just had a customer screenshot the error message she keeps receiving when trying to checkout.

it states

checkout session is gone

she stated she had tried refreshing the page multiple times. 

Does anyone know what that means, how can I fix it?

Hello,

 

that’s what I had thought at first but no, she was trying to use her debit card and not PayPal
