Customer has put in a wrong address

Made a rookie mistake with fulfilling a specific order. I get a message from my supplier telling me the postal code cannot be found relevant by USPS. I've tried contacting the customer by email but still haven't received a response. I'm not sure what I should do now...

Any input would be great.

Hey, @magoulasp 

One thing you could do is run a Google Maps search on the address your customer provided to compare the postal code that shows up in Google with the one that they entered. If there is a discrepancy you can change the postal code to the proper one that shows up in Google.

Hi, I actually tried doing that, and even with the address itself, I'm unable to find anything related. Im thinking of refunding the customer and then cancelling the order to my supplier...
