I am having a recurring issue wherein I send an invoice to a customer and they are unable to pay it. In one instance, it kept refreshing to the same 'enter payment details' screen, and in another, the customer simply can't get the payment to complete, trying both manual CC enter and paypal. Both of these customers have been able to complete invoice payments in the past, under the same circumstances as far as I know. Anyone have a fix for this? Thank you!
it's the first time I have heard of this. I think you would best contact Shopify support directly with the transaction info of the orders that caused those problems. It may be something that needs to be investigated at a level where none of us outside of Shopify can really give you much useful analytics.
