Customers cannot checkout once logged in

Hi guys, 

 

I'm having a problem with our online store and I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix the issue. Basically here is the issue:

 

After a customer has logged in and added an item to their cart 9/10 times they are not able to then check out. The checkout button is simply dead and non-responsive. Occasionally it will work and proceed through the steps but if you then backtrack and go back to the checkout page and try again it simply doesn't work. 

 

This problem persists on both mobile and web versions of the site across various web browsers. 

 

I have checked the code and the button code seems to be OK from what I can see.

Works for me, each and every time. MacOSX/Chrome. What browser you are using?

Got it sorted after speaking to a shopify rep. 

 

Turns out one of our apps had changed the code in our theme.liquid file and it was interfering with the checkout button. 

 

So for anyone else with the issue changing the theme.liquid back to the original version corrected the issue.
