I am comparing the list of abandon checkouts in the orders tab with the list of customers who abandoned checkout and they don't match. There are customers who are on the customer list who's orders don't appear in the order list. In other words, the abandon checkout list in Orders is a subset of the Customers who have abandoned checkout list.
The specific filter for the customer view I am using is "Abandoned Checkout on or after (Start Date of Store)". In the admin/checkouts page I have no filter applied.
Is there a more complete checkout list I am missing? Or is shopify erroneously tagging customers with an abandon checkout?
Thanks for reading. I am going to do more digging and compare records in the extracted spreadsheets to see if there is anything special about the customers that appear on the one list but not the other.
