Customise Shipping Rates United Kingdom

Hello, 

We have our own fleet of vans and we cover certain post codes or counties within England for delivery. We do not deliver all over England or any parts of Scotland, Wales, Norther Ireland. What we wan to implement on our shopify store is any of these:

1) Provide shipping price at checkout.

2) Do not take orders for areas that we are not serving. 

Happy to hear of any other solutions

We are using debut theme in shopify.

Hi,

Shops which usually serve only to certain post-codes have a form when accessing the site which asks the user for his post-code and depending of the user's postcode it will let him buy or tell him shipping is not available in his area.

I have found this app which seems to do exactly what I am suggesting https://apps.shopify.com/restrict-shipping
