I have a few questions regarding the DHL Shopify app.
1. What exactly does "location search" mean in the screenshot attached? What is the difference if we have it turned on compared to if we have it turned off? Also, I understand that having "preferred day" and "preferred time" should give the customer the option to choose these but how exactly does it work? Is it free?
2. In the screenshot attached below, what does "parcel outlet routing" mean?
3. Also, is it the case that it is not possible to order a pick up through the Shopify app and instead all pick ups must be ordered through the DHL customer portal?
