DMARC Errors e.mails bouncing BTinternet

Hi there, i am with BTinternet, i have a BT e.mail address which is linked to my shopify account.

However any notifications that should be going to customers or e.mails that i try to send though shopify are bouncing back to me.  For example :-

This is the mail system at host smtp-relay.ash.shopify.com.

be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can

So customers are not getting e.mails or notifications.  I can send an e.mail directly from my windows mail, using my bt address with no problems at all.  It is just via Shopify.

This is also a new problem i seem to be having this week, i have been using this bt e.mail with my shopify account for the last 3 years or so and no problems.
