We have a query, whereby we'd like a separate Prefix depending on category bought from.
We'll soon be launching a Personalised offering within our store, and as that's dealt with by a different part of the company it'd be helpful if those particular orders stood out in the order list somehow.
We currently use a #RET prefix for standard products ordered, and would ideally have a #PER prefix for the personalised orders!
Is this at all possible?
If not, then any way of auto-tagging orders or auto filling the 'notes' section?
Or any way of making these Personalised orders stand out automatically, so we dont have to trawl through the order list and manually pick out the Personalised orders?
