Digital Downloads not Delivering emails.

Hi, @here I am using Digital Downloads to send the download link to my customer after a successful checkout.
This is what i did:

1.Set up a product "Test Digital Product".(I ensured required shipping is disabled);
2.Install the Digital Download App by Shopify.
3. Upload a sample pdf file attached to the product using Digital Download.
4. Now during testing (using Bugos Gateway to test). this appeared message (https://www.screencast.com/t/Cm4PQyupD) after checking out, and then after few minutes, this message appeared https://www.screencast.com/t/A9gP0nvLAV.
The Confirmation email already arrived but not the Download link. So I checked this under digital downloads order where i found this https://www.screencast.com/t/fcyHhZzfaS.

I also check the orders from my shop and tried to fulfill the current order. after fulfilling  i received the download link already. Is there any settings i missed ?I want the download email to be sent just after the checkout not after fulfilling. I am expecting this after checkout since the current product is not a physical product, so no need fulfilling.

This is Max from the Shopify Guru Team. 

It sounds like it might be helpful for you to review the settings within your Digital Downloads dashboard. Apps > Digital Downloads > click a Product title > click the gear icon in the top right corner > click Settings. 

Take a look at this doc http://bit.ly/2zK7QEW and see what you have the products set up to do. This excerpt might be useful for you:

This window allows you to:
- Automatically create fulfillments for Digital goods to email a link to the customer after a successful payment and to mark the order as fulfilled.
- Manually create fulfillments for Mixed goods to send an email to the customer when you mark the order as fulfilled.

Customers can automatically download digital products with Automatic fulfillment turned on. If you have set the product to manually fulfill, then the customer will receive an email only when you fulfill the entire order - not when they purchase the item.

I have the automatic option selected on my test store and I received an order confirmation email followed by a digital download email link immediately after, without having to edit anything else within the Shopify admin.

I hope that this helps you get things set up. If this is not solving the issue on your test orders, please let us know over email so we can review your shop and search for any errors.

Thanks Max for your quick reply, However when I checked these recommended settings all are in the right track. Tried to test again and still receiving this message 

which I believe the reason why download emails are not delivered.Any way to improve this?

I'm expieriencing the exact same problem, even though I've selected the right options confirm the instructions. Does anyone know the solution?
