Discount Issues

I have been using the GoAffPro app for affiliate Discount codes for a long time without any issues. I just got the Infinite Product Options App and added the code to my cart in order to offer the discount code box and now my GoAffPro Discounts won't work. Can anyone help me fix this?

Kindly provide more screenshots and description as of how it doesn't work.

In the meantime, please provide your shopify url too.
