Discount code not working

but when i do purchasing it shows that the discount code not valid

Was the other item added into your cart? It's hard to tell from the cropped image you've provided.

yes it is added to the cart for testing purpose. I did not process to the final payment on card

Hi there, this is happening to me also. I have set it up as follows, then added the first item to the basket, and get an error code saying the discount code is not valid. Please can you help?
