We are using a drop ship / print on demand service to sell products. It looks like everything is working well in that when a customer puts in an order, it goes automatically to our supplier to be fulfilled. I want to be able to use the draft order option for special orders. I created a draft order recently, which was processed by Shopify (money on our way) and in the list of actions, it shows that notification was sent to the supplier. However, when I look at the supplier's account, I am not seeing that the order has gone through. Usually it is pretty quick. If I have a special order like this, do I have to manually go to the supplier to put in the order? Thanks.
