Does Shopify now allow hair extension companies to accept Shopify payments?

It appears that Shopify has removed hair extensions from the list of high risk businesses. Does this mean that hair companies can now accept Shopify payments without their stores being closed and long-term holds on payments?

Nick here from Shopify. 

At this time, Shopify is able to support selling hair on Shopify Payments. Something to remember about this is that any store selling hair is subject to review and the risk assessment team will reach out if they need anything or have any questions.
