Does shopify really care about it's client?

My domain name suddenly has a problem at 3 days ago, it take me 15 minutes to find a submit, then take 1 day that one not competent employee answer by email in 10PM each night every day. There is not direct contact to this company's service, and hard to talk to anyone who can really help. Comparing all other IT service which I had in history,  Shopify is the top 1 in my worst service list. Shame on you!

I'm sorry to hear your experience with our support has not been what you wanted.

Besides email support, we do also offer help through live chat, and callback too through our help center. You need to log in to your account to create a support request.

As your domain issue is account specific it would be very hard for me to offer accurate guidance here in our community forums, but we do have guides for domains here:

If you can't provide an integrated service, why do we pick you?
If you can't help clients to find the solution, is this a good service or a
good service strategy? Please treat clients as dummy and dummies.
If your company continues to service like this, your company will disappear
soon.
