I bought a domain on Shopify but used Wix for my website, since it has more the layout I was looking at for my business. Now the domain is expired, I believe, and I wanted to transfer the domain to Wix and pay through their. However, Wix says that the domain has to be unlocked but I cannot access my domain through Shopify anymore for it keeps telling me to start a plan. I don't know a lot about domains so I don't know what would happen if I bought a new domain through Wix and just left the expired one be. Preferably, we would like to keep the domain and transfer it.
