After not being able to renew the domain I purchased through Shopify, it is now in a redemption status. I have gone through all the links provided in ShopifyHelp and even reached out to Tucows Inc. directly but haven’t had any success. I’d appreciate any help that can be provided to resolve this matter.
Thanks for taking the time to look through the Help Docs for a resolution to this! Domains that are in Redemption status will require assistance from our Financial Services department, therefore Shopify Support needs to be contacted directly in order to facilitate it.
