Sorry to hear you're having some difficulties here. Did you see any error banners pop up to let you know why the purchase was not going through? If the purchase was going through initially, then being refunded, it sounds like the payment is not the issue. It might be a formatting issue with the information you've entered into the domain panel. Things like addresses and phone numbers must be entered a certain way for the purchase to be valid! Could you show me a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? Or was there any emails sent to you that informed you of the refund? Just for some extra context.
