Domain Renewal

I’m having a problem renewing my domain. I’ve had emails saying I need to renew otherwise I’ll lose my domain in 5 days, but when I check my domain management it says I’ve ticked the ‘auto-renew’ already.  Can’t seem to figure out how to sort this out.  Any thoughts on how to solve this would be much appreciated!!

I'd like to take a deeper look into the settings of your domain to see if any action is required on your part for the renewal process. Would you be able to send me your store URL/domain so I may take a deeper look for you?

Hi again,

Any thoughts about my domain issue?  I have until Tuesday to figure it out and not having any responses from Shopify support email I sent a couple days ago...would really appreciate any help with this.

It’s set up for auto renew and says it’s still in progress but i don’t see
any charges for it

I've take a look at your domain and it appears to have been renewed yesterday for another year. When I access your custom domain in a browser, your website appears as expected.
