At the risk of sounding repetitive, I have to ask the same questions that Hank asked above. Do you see the words Action required or a similar banner within your Online Store > Domains section in your store admin? In that vein, if you could provide me with screenshots and as much context as possible I'd be in a better position to dissect what is going on and help you better.
