I would recommend reading our guide on getting support from the Shopify Community here so you are best equipped when looking for support through these forum boards. I do, however, need some context for you so that I can help, this post is very vague. Could you please confirm the following:
- What is the domain in question?
- When and where was this domain purchased? i.e. was it bought from Shopify or a third party? You need to wait 60 days after purchasing a domain before you can transfer it.
- Are you trying to transfer your domain to or from Shopify, or are you transferring it between Shopiify stores? We have guides on all three of these:

Transfer your domain to Shopify
Transfer your domain away from Shopify
- What error message are you receiving? What is it that you see when you try to transfer your domain? A screenshot of this error would be much appreciated.
