Domain error - please help!

I  am hoping you can help me as i really need to get my webshop up and running
 
I keep receiving an error message when i go to purchase an available domain name.
 
The name I am wanting to purchase was available and still should be.
 
Initially it charged my credit card then credited my account.
The below error keeps appearing and I don't know how to move past it.
 
Can you please help - all of the online suggestions have been unsuccessful so far.

Have you previously used the domain on another store that is now no longer active? Or have you previously owned it through another domain provider?

If the domain is still owned elsewhere you will be unable to purchase it. If you haven't bought the domain before, or if you haven't previously had a store with us, let me know and I will dig into this with you.
