Are you trying to renew the domain manually, or is the domain setup to auto-renew? You can check if it is set up for auto-renew by going to Online Store/Domains then click on your primary domain. If it is set up for auto-renew, or if you have manually charged the renewal then you'll want to check for an invoice in Settings/Billing. If you are not seeing an invoice for the domain then the domain has not successfully renewed and will require that I verify the store to help get this resolved.
