Don’t know where my money is

My payout money is saying paid but not in my account i tried calling the Shopify number but it’s not working i don’t know what’s going on I need to talk to somebody , or at least tell me what i need to do to get my money .

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. If you are seeing your payout marked as 'paid', that indicates that the money has been sent from our end to your bank information on your account. There is usually processing time that must be taken into consideration, as the funds are being transferred between the two banks. You will typically see your funds show up in your bank account within 24-72 hours. You can learn more about Pay Periods here. 

Are you certain that you added the correct banking information? Have you successfully received payouts previously, and you haven't altered any banking information in your Shopify admin?
