The store I am creating often use manual orders requested by phone and the product is free. The customer requests verbally which delivery method they would prefer.
Here is the problem. I cannot find an option to select delivery method - local delivery or local pick-up for a draft order. I would like the delivery method to be selected so it can sync with the local delivery app.
Is there something I have overlooked or is there any workaround?
I'm looking for a solution to this as well. Customers want local pickup but the draft orders only have a field for shipping rates, which is very problematic. That issue could be resolved if the link in the notification email took the customers to the cart instead of the 2nd screen in checkout. This way a customer could choose a delivery method on the 1st checkout screen.
