Would you be able to link your store URL please so we would be able to see this? It's very difficult to troubleshoot or understand why this might be happening without seeing the store in action. Because this might also involve taking a look into the backend of your site which is sensitive information, I might need to reach out to you via email directly also. Would you be able to confirm if the best email to reach you on is the one you signed up to the community with?

I'm guessing you were thinking it would be active in this part of the homepage:
Which is the slideshow text and not the main menu tab for a dropdown menu.
Is this where you thought the dropdown menu would be?
