Drop Down Menu Not Working

Using the Parallax theme.  Added a drop down menu.  It can be seen when hovering over the parent item, but when you click on an item in the drop down, it disappears.  Works fine in the Debut theme.

Would you be able to link your store URL please so we would be able to see this? It's very difficult to troubleshoot or understand why this might be happening without seeing the store in action. Because this might also involve taking a look into the backend of your site which is sensitive information, I might need to reach out to you via email directly also. Would you be able to confirm if the best email to reach you on is the one you signed up to the community with?

Thank you, Nick.  Our store is not live yet.  We reached out to Shopify.  They informed us that there is an issue with the Parallax theme.  We are waiting to hear back.

Hi Just wondering if anyone had a result on this as we just created a site with parallex and have the same issue.

Hi @jameshannan,

Thanks for sharing the link for this. I took a look and everything did seem ok to me when I tested it out. I made a short video of what it looked like for me which you can see here. Were you able to get this sorted out in the meantime?
