Zonos Duty and Tax (https://apps.shopify.com/duty-and-tax-calculator-iglobal-stores ) seems to fit but someone told me it overcharges a lot and didn't have the best experience. Otherwise I've found EasyShip (https://apps.shopify.com/easyship) which looks great but when I tried it the only option they had to ship the product to the US was for a UPS drop off, they didn't seem to be able to offer a collection on it and had limited carriers and shipping options.
Keep me posted if you find something great to use.

Hey @zonos_taylor, thanks for getting back to me on this. I have seen your reviews but I'm just working off what a client said to me which was:
"we used Zonos for BC and it was terrible! We had to pay multiple currency conversion rates and we lost on average £40-£50 per transaction"
So trying to find an alternative unfortunately. Do you know about this issue?
Hey @drydenwilliams, thanks for your reply.
There may be some confusion from the client you are speaking with. The store owner/merchant will NEVER pay currency conversion fees. In the international world, customers can get hit with these fees, but this usually happens only if they are ordering on a site that settles in a different currency than what they use. Zonos typically settles in the currency of the customer, so that isn't even an issue for customers.
With Zonos enabled, the store owner/merchant would be paying a small, set transaction fee per order to Zonos for International orders only, as well as the usual merchant/credit card processing fees (equivalent to Stripe's fees).
