We are ready to launch our store today. Email notifications to customers are working (we've tested this with various email addresses). Email customers to us are not being received. We use a custom domain at siteground.com. I've added include:shops.shopify.com to the TXT/DNS.
The emails are received at a Gmail address just not at our custom domain.
