Have you an open ticket currently with the accounts team that you can share so I can take a look at it? Or are you just seeing the prompt within your admin and this is where the error is appearing for you?

Are you able to share a screenshot (please hide sensitive data) so I can see where the button is missing or is it greyed out?
I'm afraid I do not see a picture attached, my friend.
Can you try this once more using the associated button within the rich text editor (RTE)?
Sadly, the image is not yet appearing for me.
If this option is not working for you, could you try screenshot the image and upload that? If you don't have a compatible program to do that, you can use a third-party application something like Screencast-O-Matic to do this.
Hopefully, this works for you, as I am eager to help you get this issue resolved.
