Good morning I have just recently changed email hosting providers and DNS hosting.
I have follow your instructions and have authenticated our domain added the CNAME and SPF records I can add recipients to new order notifications but the old one that use to work going to a user in our domain doesn't work actually no email account i add in our domain works, but my gmail account and outlook account work fine and we receive the test notifications right away.
Contacted my email hosting provider and they have checked their logs while I am trying to send to our domain and nothing is being sent from you to my primary domain addresses.
They have asked that I check with you that you have set your setting with our mail.xxxxxxx.wa.edu.au address and not used an IP address or another setting, as we have now changed hosting providers.
I would get this sorted fairly quickly could some please contact me.
