Emails from our shop are quarantined (emails sent to office365/outlook/hotmail)

Hi

Emails to office365/outlook/hotmail accounts are quarantined as "High Confidence Phish" and therefore not delivered. We have sent test emails (order confirmations etc.) to gmail accounts and they are received.

Our spf records is correct and we have also added DKIM records. All lights are green, but no emails. 

Any suggestions ?

Hi @CharlotteFabian, have you authenticated your domain? You mention DKIM but I'm not sure if you've added the records to allow Shopify to sign emails from your domain:

Yes, we did add the DKIM records and the domain status says "Authenticated".
