Shopify "closed" down our store with a message "Store is currently unavailable". Our store has been down for 7 days now. We have had no communication about the reason for this, we are constantly being told by Support that the issue is with Risk Operations and they will communicate with us by email.
Shopify is reportedly supposed to be the best eCommerce platform, but 7 DAYS without access to your eCommerce store for an organisation is absurd.
Once again, we request some sort of explanation of an error, or whatever is it that is causing the Store to be down.
