Error when I try to purchase shipping labels.

Hi, 

Im unable to purchase USPS shipping labels on any of my orders.

These are the errors on the screen:

At the top:

1 shipping label couldn’t be purchased.

Fix the errors for each order and try again.

items: expected Array to be a Hash.

On the side:

Can’t get rates for 1 shipping label.

Any advice to remedy would be great.  I'm dead in the water on fulfillment right now.

A way around this would be to use ShipStation (no I am not an affiliate).

It is usually good for busy vendors or vendors who have multiple sales channels (ie: shopify, amazon, ebay, etsy)

It allows you to download the orders and print labels within their system and bypass Shopify.

It is a paid app and service but maybe it helps someone.

Thanks for the info! However, the system was working fine until Shopify did an upgrade on their end. And it broke on our end and several other people's sites as well based on emails I've been getting. Paying for more apps that we didn't need a few weeks ago and slowing down a website more by adding more apps is something that I"m not certain we should have to do since Shopify is the one that caused the issue for us. :)
