Hi, the best you can do is go to support CHAT and tell your problem, they unstock your queue and you can upload files again. It WORKS FOR ME, and now I have my 11.000 customers.

Hi,

i am having the same issue with uploading customer CSV file. Half of the customers uploaded then file is stuck since 2 days. Please clear the clog from the backend or let me know how to clear it. I will be very thankful to you.

1. I am trying to import a second list of customers and it says import already taking place.  That import happened already yesterday.

 

2. My new customers that I imported yesterday show up as 5,860, however when I tried to send my eblast to new customers this morning it only showed 552.

 

Please help me resolve!

I"m getting this issue as well. System won't recognize my file is .csv and allow upload. This has been going on for at least a month. Any fix yet?

Yes. Please contact support and ask them to flush the cog in the backend.
