We have had multiple customers in the last month or so who have got in touch with us to tell us that when they have received the order, all the sizes are wrong.
It seems there is an error somewhere that at some point in the checkout process, it is reverting the items to the smallest available variant.
We have spoken to developers of the apps on our site and all claim it isn't their app causing the issue.
Despite attempts on various ipads, phones, and computers, we have been unable to replicate the error. From speaking to customers, there doesn't seem to be any recurring theme linking them all. Nobody has used the same browser, hardware etc.
