I forgot to add the auto renewal on the shop domain that I have. I have no selected to renew however it just says “in process” can someone please contact me regarding renewing this manually at Shopify? Thanks

If auto-renew was not selected and the renewal date has passed, then we'll likely need to manually renew the domain for you. In order to do this, you will need to contact our Support team for further assistance.
