Extending free trial

Hi there,

I just got an email about that I can extend my free trial with 14 days, but when I click on the link, it says with a red message that my store is not eligible to extend my free trial.

Am I missing something?

My store is plantywonders.com

hi there, I wondered if you have had any success, as I have had exactly the same scenario. I have spent over an hour trying to find some way of contact shopify help team without any luck. I thought I was on the free trial, had the same email as you, but when it said I'm not eligable, I looked at my account and it states active, which just cannot be right. Please let me know.
