If you've followed the steps mentioned in my previous post and disconnecting, then reconnecting the sales channel does not resolve the issue within 48 hours, then we'll want to try the following steps:
Once you've re-installed the channel, we'll need to wait another 48 hours to determine if Facebook will approve your store. If 48 hours pass, then please let me know as I can escalate your store to our Technical Support for further review.
