I wish I would have came across this post sooner but I found another way to resolve through Facebook. There is a Facebook support link through the business manager page that will allow you to get life support, but it is quite hidden.
Go to your pages business manager and click the? In the upper right hand side.
Scroll all the way down and click help center at the bottom right hand side.
Scroll midpage to where it says still need help? Click get started.
I selected policy and account security then click chat with a representative in the little box on the next page. This should get you to a Facebook messenger live chat. I hope this was helpful and saved someone sometime
