My facebook shop was connected fine for years. All of the sudden it wasn't connect anymore. I reconnected and it's been in review for months now. I have reached out to shopify several times, this is when you could reach them by phone. I spoke to several different people on different occasions that said they fixed the issue and it would be back to normal in 48 hours. That hasn't happened. Can anyone help? It doesn't seem like there is anyway to talk to anyone from shopify at this time.
