Thanks for answering here.
The URL of my store is: https://inno-deals.myshopify.com
My facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/InnoForYou
The issue I am facing is that in the catalog I imported from Shopify via the Facebook pixel, prices are the "compare at price". However, in the Facebook shop, everything's being displayed properly.

Please do not hesitate to let me know in case there is any question related to this.
I'm having the same issue:
- sale prices have been updated in Shopify
- sale prices are accurately displaying in Facebook/Instagram shop
- however sale prices are not displaying in Facebook catalog - they are displaying the normal price.
I am trying to run an advert on Facebook for our sale, but the products are displaying the normal price.
Apologies I missed your reply to this. Can I ask if you are still experiencing this issue? If not great, if so. Could you try clearing your browser cache and re-syncing the products as well. Often re-syncing the products is all it needs, but if it isn't that, we might need to take a closer look.
@adandishop, would you be able to do the same and share the link to your store and business Facebook page, please? If you could also try the same solution above and see if they make any difference. If not, I can see if I can replicate it on my end with your links and take a closer look.
I raised this issue with a Shopify member on live chat and they re-synced the products themselves (as I can't find a way to do this myself). They said to wait 72 hours for the changes to take place. It's now been a week and the prices in my Facebook catalog have still not updated to the new sale prices I have in Shopify.
It's worth noting that I changed one of the product images on Shopify and this has updated on my Facebook catalog. But it's the prices that aren't updating.

In the Shop section on my Facebook business page, the prices are updating correctly. It's just the catalog in Facebook Business manager that's showing the incorrect prices.
Thanks for sending that over @adandishop.
If you are already talking to someone from one of our primary support channels then I would continue the conversation with them and they will ask someone from our higher-level support team to take a look at it for you. This was going to be my next step anyway, so you have saved some time already here. I am aware there has been an issue with this that the team knows about and is looking into rectifying permanently. But for the meantime, your best bet is to continue your ticket which has already been created.
