Fake Apple products selling website

i spotted a website who is selling fake apple products from your platfrom..they are looting people's hard earned money. I ordered Airpods and since then i'm writing mail to them to return the product however they are not answering the emails.

I have also faced the same scam... i have paid Rs 6490 for apple airpods as a lightening deal.. i have also received the fake product.. i have written to them several emails but no reponse.. also they have mentioned Apple tollfree no on their homepage... please look into it... this is my hard earned money... please check

They do give automated call for order confirmation, but I was able to make out it's fake call. I have also ordered it on COD. But think not to take delivery as they sent by low class courier company Xpressbees (a very cheap courier service company) just for fyi I am staying in Delhi.
