Does anyone have a process or format they use when doing the intial outreach and expectations with the influencer?
Is it something like:
"By sending your X product = XX Shout Outs within so many days/weeks? Please use the following hash tags? "
Any suggestions/recommendations for what size accounts to approach early on? I've read that IG conversion rates hover around 1% so I presume that you have to have either a stream of influencers each day or go after really large ones?
Are some of you creating fan accounts that mimic your store's target audience?
I see that some of you manage more than 1 account and wondering if you are doing this similar to Facebook pages where you create the audience and then advertise against that audience? Same thing with Instagram?
There has been a couple of articles on Shopify about using Instagress to automate followers. There is also a great ebook from Foundr magazine on how they grew their account in 5 months to 110K followers. It is step by step with the tools and everything. Search it up!

Can anyone help in connecting influencers in home decor with a decent following (15-20k plus real followers) in the home decor/ healthy/eco-firendly product space. We are an organic bedding brand based in India.
I am open to connecting with influencers across western europe and USA. A lot of them charge exorbitantly. Any ideas with rates?

However whether you use this channel or another one the most important thing is having the high quality product. Just my 2cents.
