It sounds like you're referring to an order you placed on an online store. However, as Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. Each merchant's shop is an independent business, and they're responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, tracking, refunds etc). Think of us like the mall the shop rents space from.
The next step you could take would be to have a look through your e-mails and double check for any order confirmation or shipping details. If you received any of these emails, you could reply directly back to contact the seller. I also suggest checking out the sellers website for any public facing contact information.
