Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting signed in. I'd be happy to help you get back into your account. You can use this tool to enter your email address and have your store details sent to you. If the store details are sent to you, check and ensure you're attempting to sign into the proper myshopify.com url. If the details are not sent to you, the email address is likely not what's being used.
If you don't receive the email and you cannot log in, please let me know. We can get you authenticated and get this escalated to our Accounts team to rectify.

However, when I try to login with my email address, mmojtahedi@ju.st, I get an error that this email is not linked to the store.
Maybe I misspelled my email address when setting up the store. Now I need help with fixing the email address.
I am the owner, with one staff member. I need to add additional staff.

I'm experiencing the same issue. It keeps saying that my email is not associated with my store.
Store: simply-aligned.myshopify.com
Email: simplyalignedofficial@gmail.com
It used to be sheenahduarosan@gmail.com, but was able to change it a week ago.
I tried logging in with both email, but still not working.

Thanks for reaching out. This error message is typically served when merchants are entering a different email address than what they have set up with Shopify. You could be using another address that you use or it could be that the address listed with Shopify has a typographical error. I've sent you an email where we can troubleshoot this further. Welcome to the Shopify Community Forums! I understand that you are having some issues signing into your Shopify store and that your email address isn't being recognized. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to hopefully get this resolved.
* Clear your browser cache and cookies. We see a lot of issues related to old cache and cookies in browsers and clearing your browser cache can resolve a lot of issues with the platform!
* Try in a private/incognito window or another browser on your device. We recommend using Chrome but Firefox can be a good alternative for troubleshooting.
* Check your email inbox for confirmation emails from Shopify for your account creation. If you did not receive any emails then the email address may have been misspelled. Our account team might be able to help you if that is the case.
If none of those solve the issue or appear to be the problem, please reach out to our Live Support channels for additional help: Contact Shopify Support.

Hello, I accidentally set up 2 accounts. I canceled one of them and the one tht we did all the work will not allow e to log in as it can not find the email. I may have typed in my email incorrectly. Is this still occurring? We were seeing an issue recently where merchants were receiving the error message There's no matching email for this store. I need help logging into one of my Shopify accounts. I can't seem to remember the password I signed up with.

If you're the store owner, then you can reset your own password and initiate your staff's password reset:
From the Shopify login page, enter your store address and click Next.
Enter your login email and click Next.
Click Forgot password?.
Enter the email that you used to create your Shopify account.
Click Reset password.
You're sent an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click Reset password.
Enter your new password in the Confirm password field.
Click Reset password.
Go back to your Shopify login page and log in with your new password.

As of 9/14/20 I have been locked out of my store. The log in says my email address is not associated with my store. I never changed the email address from the one I used to open my Shopify account and I have emails dating back 4 years from Shopify to the same email address up until 9/14/20.
I have contacted customer support and still cannot get a resolution. How can I access my store?

I wouldn't be able to confirm what the email address on a store is with just a myshopify.com URL. We use the email address as a form of authentication. If you use a couple of possible addresses, I'd recommend using Shopify's Recovery Tool to determine which address you've used for the account.
If you think there may have been a typographical error or you're completely unsure, let me know and we can take a closer look into this with our Accounts team.

If you still recall the password you've used and you know the email address on file is info@fitto.co.uk, then you can simply sign in that way. The system doesn't recognize whether the email address is active or not, as long as it follows a valid format. Where we will run into issues is if you don't know the password, since you'll have no way of sending the reset email to yourself.
If the shop was still in the trial period we wouldn't be able to manually change the email address on file either since we wouldn't have any way of authenticating you as the owner of the shop. Do you know if the shop was in the trial period?

I have the same issue. I used 1 email address to set up 2 accounts. Ben from help desk told me to log out to all my accounts which I did. Since then I am unable to log in to prettygirlsquad.myshopify.com Please help

I'd definitely recommend starting by using our recovery tool. From there, you can enter any email address you use and we'll send you the myshopify.com URL for any Shopify account that uses that address. If you don't get confirmation, that likely tells us the account is using an address you don't have access to or there may have been a typo when creating the account. If that's the case, let me know and we can take a look into further recovery options.
