Im locked out of my Shopify store because i forgot my email i associated w my account. Can someone please help me or contact me asap? Ive recently decided on using Shopify for my business & this would be really important if i could get help moving on w my entrepreneurial journey. Please get to me as soon as you can, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. This error message is typically served when merchants are entering a different email address than what they have set up with Shopify. You could be using another address that you use or it could be that the address listed with Shopify has a typographical error. I've sent you an email where we can troubleshoot this further. It may be necessary to escalate this our our Accounts team.

Can a recovery email be sent to me so that I can recover my Shopify store?
I haven 3 possible emails that could've been used. [1]
Ravenmceelrath@gmail.com or [2] Rayvenam02@gmail.com or [3]
Dad0llh0uzee@gmail.com the first 1 is my main gmail, so sorry for all
the confusion! Im just trying to recover my store (DaDollHouse) so i can
get my business started.

I'd be happy to help with this. I've sent an email to the address listed with your community account. From there, we'll see if we can get you authenticated and regain access. In the meantime, you can also use Shopify's recovery tool to try and determine which email address you have on file.

Hello, I accidentally set up 2 accounts. I canceled one of them and the one tht we did all the work will not allow e to log in as it can not find the email. I may have typed in my email incorrectly. My email is hello@hustleprayeat.com (again i accidentally signed up 2 accounts. I can see the website we built on the one i want to gain access to but i cannot log in to the admin

Is this still occurring? We were seeing an issue recently where merchants were receiving the error message There's no matching email for this store. If this was the situation you were in and it's still occurring, please let me know here and we can gather more information, get you authenticated and get this escalated to our technical support team.
