Tried to login but It keeps saying that my email is not associated with my store.

I need help logging into one of my Shopify accounts. I can't seem to remember the password I signed up with.

If you're the store owner, then you can reset your own password and initiate your staff's password reset:

As of 9/14/20 I have been locked out of my store.  The log in says my email address is not associated with my store.  I never changed the email address from the one I used to open my Shopify account and I have emails dating back 4 years from Shopify to the same email address up until 9/14/20.

I have contacted customer support and still cannot get a resolution.  How can I access my store?

I'd be happy to help! Do you use any other email addresses that may be set up with your staff account on Shopify? If so, I'd recommend using our recovery tool to try different email addresses and determine which one is in use. If not, let me know here and we can explore next steps together.

Our issue is not a forgotten email address. Our login email was changed
without our knowledge. After several attempts to gain clarity on
the matter, we got in contact with a senior support specialist prior to
this email however we are awaiting a further response.
