Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting signed in. I'd be happy to help you get back into your account. You can use this tool to enter your email address and have your store details sent to you. If the store details are sent to you, check and ensure you're attempting to sign into the proper myshopify.com url. If the details are not sent to you, the email address is likely not what's being used.
If you don't receive the email and you cannot log in, please let me know. We can get you authenticated and get this escalated to our Accounts team to rectify.
I know the store, which is servejustegg.myshopify.com
However, when I try to login with my email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, I get an error that this email is not linked to the store.
Maybe I misspelled my email address when setting up the store. Now I need help with fixing the email address.
I am the owner, with one staff member. I need to add additional staff.

I'm experiencing the same issue. It keeps saying that my email is not associated with my store.
It used to be email@example.com, but was able to change it a week ago.
I tried logging in with both email, but still not working.
