I recently closed a bank account linked to my Shopify and made a new one. I thought that I updated this information within Shopify but I am having trouble collecting payouts. It says it needs my old account information to add a new bank account, but I don't remember what my old account number and routing numbers are. Can someone from your support team help me with this?
